Our delivery time period is generally between 4– 10 days. However, In some unavoidable situations, your order might take a little longer to arrive.  

We request customers to be patient with the deliveries and not to worry because we are trying our best to deliver your products as soon as we can.

NOTE – Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Exchange/Return Policy

We have a 24 hours exchange policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your order to request for an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You also need to share a complete unpacking video of your parcel without any cuts for any type of exchange, make sure defects and shipping label are clearly visible in the video. Please attach the videos and pictures of damaged item in the mail when requesting for an exchange. The product will only be exchanged with the same item. Neither color nor size of the item can be changed.

 We only accept exchange if :

    • Wrong Product has been delivered.
    • Damaged product has been delivered..

WE DON’T ACCEPT RETURNS.

PRODUCTS ON SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN.

 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at minimystic.mart@gmail.com or DM us @mini_mystic_mart via Instagram. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and the package will be picked up from your address by courier executive within 3-4 days. In some cases it might be possible that you will have to send the package to us own your own. A new fresh item will be dispatched once we receive the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
